Castile Soap and Baking Soda


Castile Soap is a natural product made from oils and completely saponified potassium hydroxide. Castile Soap will clean effectively without drying your skin.

  1. Shampoo: Mix Castile Soap with Water at a ratio of 1:3.
  2. Tub Scrub: Make a tile or toilet “soft scrub” out of Baking Soda and Castile soap. Fill a spray bottle with Castile Soap with Water at a ratio of 1:3.
  3. Mopping Solution: Use 2 or 3 tablespoons of Castile Soap in a full bucket of water, and mop.
  4. Dish or Liquid Hand Soap: Mix a 1:1 ratio of Castile Soap to Water.
  5. Soap Dispenser Refill: You can refill your foaming hand soap dispenser with 1:4 Castile Soap to Water.
  6. Bath/Body Wash: Dilute in a 2:1 ratio of Castile Soap to Water.
  7. Dog Shampoo: Mix Castile Soap with Water at a ratio of 1:3.
